📦 Orders & Processing

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Many orders ship the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately.

If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.

If the order has already shipped, postal carriers unfortunately cannot redirect packages while in transit.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Vancouver, Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal carrier. Delivery estimates:

🇺🇸 United States
• Untracked: 7–20 business days
• Tracked: 3–7 business days

🇨🇦 Canada
• Untracked: 2–15 business days
• Tracked: 2–7 business days

🌍 International
• Tracked: 5–22 business days

Since orders ship from Vancouver, Canada, West Coast North America deliveries often arrive faster, while East Coast deliveries may take closer to the longer end of the delivery window.

Please note that postal carriers provide delivery estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, weather, or postal delays.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Some shipping options include tracking, while others use economy untracked lettermail to keep shipping costs affordable.

Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Why hasn't my tracking updated? 

Tracking updates can sometimes pause for several days while packages move between postal facilities or cross the border before the next scan appears.

This is normal and does not necessarily mean your package is delayed.

📬 Delivery Questions

My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check the following first:

• your mailbox
• building parcel lockers
• with neighbors or family members
• apartment or concierge areas

Postal carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before arrival.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will be happy to help review the situation.

What should I do if my package shows delivered but I can’t find it?

If tracking shows “Delivered,” the postal carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Please check with neighbors, household members, parcel lockers, or your building lobby as packages are sometimes placed in alternate delivery locations.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will help review the situation.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived after the full delivery window listed above, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Please allow the full delivery window listed above before contacting us, as postal carriers occasionally experience delays during busy periods.

For tracked shipments we can open a postal inquiry if necessary.

Please note that economy untracked shipping does not include full tracking coverage, which is why it is offered at a lower cost.

Economy Lettermail Shipping

To keep shipping affordable, we offer an economy lettermail option at checkout. This option is commonly used for lightweight sticker orders to keep shipping costs low.

This shipping method is:

untracked
not insured by the postal carrier

Because there is no tracking, we unfortunately cannot locate packages once they are in transit.

If a lettermail order appears lost, we can review the situation after 30 days from the ship date.

Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout for customers who prefer additional delivery security.

My package was returned to sender.

This usually happens when:

• the address is incomplete
• the mailbox name does not match
• the carrier could not access the location

Once the package returns to us, we can resend it. Additional shipping fees may apply.

How big are the stickers?

Sticker sizes vary depending on the design.

Most stickers range between 3–9 cm, while larger decals may be bigger.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 14-day happiness guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Delivery estimates are provided by postal carriers and may occasionally vary due to weather, customs processing, or postal delays.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the postal carrier and are outside of our control.

We are always happy to help investigate delivery issues, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.

Before opening a payment dispute

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us first and we will always do our best to help.

Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily when you reach out directly.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback can delay the resolution process, as payment providers temporarily freeze the transaction while they investigate.
