At Koko Kawaii Gifts, every order is carefully packed and shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada. We aim to process and ship orders quickly so they can reach collectors around the world as soon as possible.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your selected shipping method includes tracking, tracking details will be included in that email.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and postal carrier. Most orders arrive well within the estimated delivery window, but postal delivery times can occasionally vary depending on carrier conditions.
Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a delayed shipment.

Economy shipping (no tracking):
7–20 business days
Tracked shipping:
3–7 business days
Since orders ship from Vancouver, Canada, West Coast U.S. deliveries often arrive faster, while East Coast deliveries may be closer to the longer end of the delivery window.
🇨🇦 Canada
Economy shipping (no tracking):
2–15 business days
Tracked shipping:
2–7 business days
🌍 International
Tracked international shipping:
5–22 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by postal carriers and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal postal volume.
📬 Economy Shipping (No Tracking)
To keep shipping costs affordable for lightweight sticker orders, we offer an economy shipping option without tracking.
Please note:
• Economy shipping does not include tracking updates after shipment
• Economy shipping is not insured by the postal carrier
Because there is no tracking, we are unfortunately unable to locate packages once they are in transit.
For additional delivery security and tracking updates, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout, especially for higher-value or collector orders.
By selecting an economy shipping option, customers acknowledge that this shipping method does not include tracking or insurance coverage.
🎁 Free Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping within Canada and the United States on orders over $70 CAD.
Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
🌍 Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes required by their country.
For U.S. orders, duties are prepaid and included with tracked shipping, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
For other international destinations, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.
📬 Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for the lost shipment.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange reshipping once the correct address is confirmed.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
📬 Lost or Delayed Mail
If your order has not arrived after the full delivery window, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Before reaching out, we recommend:
• Checking your mailbox or community mailbox
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Confirming the shipping address entered at checkout
For tracked shipments, we can open a postal investigation with the carrier if necessary.
If tracking shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
