At Koko Kawaii Gifts, we want every order to arrive safely and bring a little joy when it reaches you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
💌 Returns
We offer a 14-Day Happiness Guarantee.
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items returned used or damaged may not be eligible for a refund
To start a return, please contact us with:
• Your order number
• The email used at checkout
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
📬 Lost or Delayed Mail
If your order has not arrived after the full delivery window, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Before reaching out, we recommend:
• Checking your mailbox or community mailbox
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Confirming the shipping address entered at checkout
For tracked shipments, we can open a postal investigation with the carrier if necessary.
Please note:
Economy shipping does not include full tracking coverage, so we are unfortunately unable to locate packages once they are in transit.
For additional delivery security, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
By selecting an economy shipping option, customers acknowledge that this method does not include tracking or insurance coverage.
If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If tracking shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
• Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
• Packages marked delivered by the postal carrier
• Items returned used or damaged
💖 Before Opening a Payment Dispute
If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us first and we will always do our best to help.
Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily when you reach out directly.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback can delay the resolution process, as payment providers temporarily freeze the transaction while they investigate.
